More About Sintered Bronze Filter

SINTERED BRONZE FILTER combine metal binding powder and scientific processes with modern operational technology to manufacture high volume powdered metal products, parts and components for automotive, medical, pump and industrial markets around the world.

BLUE as a filters manufacturing partner of powder metallurgy processes for automotive and industrial markets, we are one of the leading international suppliers of sintered filters. Manufacturing parts and other components, such as pneumatic mufflers, sintered metal filters, copper air filter, sintered bronze filters assemblies manufactured by a variety of sintering bronze, steel, copper and stainless steel using the powdered metal process. Our facilities, systems, processes, and professional staffs are geared toward excellence in customer service as we continuously improve in terms of cost, quality, delivery and safety.

What is SINTERED METAL FILTERS?

Sintering metal technology is also innovation for the development and manufacture of multiple filters. The production process is almost same as with traditionally sintered metal process, but the variation of powder size and carefully controlled pore distribution are utilised to produce parts with a filtering function.

Sintered parts’ special property in terms of porosity is utilised to produce filters that do not suffer from the same shortcomings as conventional solutions. The sintering process holds the material together so that stainless steel sintered filters are both stronger and better than conventional filters.

Sintered filters have better tolerances and considerable geometrical possibilities. For instance, it is often possible to reduce the number of subcomponents and processes in the final filter solution, since a number of the subcomponents can be replaced by a single filter that is compressed in a single process. This avoids further time-consuming machining. The method chosen depends on the proposed application of the filter.

The exploitation of the porosity enables the filters to be used for applications such as Automotive, Medical, Pump, Gas, Liquid filtration, Flow control of gases Tools, Valves, Ventilationl and so on.
