How do We Manufacture your Sintered Plate?
Raw Material
BLUE always insist on choosing a uniform powder of raw material to produce each of your sintered filters with great pore size, high tensile strength, and temperature stability.
Powder Rolling
Powder rolling process feeds prepared metal powder from a feeding funnel into the gap between two rolling mill rollers, where the rollers compress and roll the powder into a plate.
Vacuum Sintering
BLUE strictly controls the parameters of the high sintering process of sintered filters to give them good mechanical properties by applying heat and pressure.
Size Inspecting
BLUE inspects all the sizes of the sintered filter by applying a pressure gauge and high-efficiency size monitoring pieces of equipment.
Porosity Testing
We perform a filtration test to check the sintered filter’s strength, shape, porosity, distribution rate, permeability, flow control, and filtration rate.
Filter Packaging
BLUE pack all sintered filter products and accessories following international standard safety procedures to meet the criteria.
FAQ
Sintered metal plate is made of metal powder, such as bronze, stainless steel, titanium, nickel, etc.
These metal powders are rolled into sheets by rollers and then passed through a sintering furnace to obtain the finished product.
Sintered filter plate has fine filtering accuracy and can effectively filter out impurities in gas and liquid, with a filtering efficiency of 99.99%.
Heating: Place the sintered plate filter in a nitrogen-protected boiler, heat it to 380°C, and boil for 2 hours to loosen contaminants.
Ultrasonic Cleaning: Move the porous plate filters to an ultrasonic cleaner and run it for 30 minutes to remove debris effectively.
Backwashing: Flush the sintered plates with liquid under pressure in the reverse direction to clear the pores. If stubborn dirt remains, soak the filter in cleaning fluid for an extended period.
